Took a while for pick up (their first day back open), but it was worth every minute!! Amazing food, wonderful people.

I cannot RAVE enough about this place. We went to this place based on a recommendation and could not be happier. I've tried alot of Chinese places in toronto and they are subpar compared to this food! Owner is very kind and prices are great. Don't walk. Run here

A hidden gem on the East Shore. It could be the best Chinese food we have ever had. The meal for 5 was a great sampling of dishes and more than enough food for a group of four adults and two teenagers. Well worth the drive from Nelson, Creston or anywhere in between!

Sundays at 5 PM in July and August are buffet days. Call in the double check. We made a reservation for 4 as I read we might need to since another reviewer said it gets busy but there was only one other party there, albeit it was 12:30pm on a Sunday. We ordered spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, beef and garlic in black bean sauce, sweet and sour pork, and mushroom chow mein. All very tasty, it was worth the hour drive from Creston.

Rockwood Cafe is an amazing Chinese restaurant. We ordered Veggie Spring rolls, Mushroom fried rice, Pad Thai and Veggie Chowmein. All of the dishes were tasty and flavourful. Spring rolls were not oily and remained hot to the end. Server was pleasant and helpful. We will certainly visit Rockwood Cafe next time we visit Crawford Bay

I never thought that there is a place in the Kootenay’s that sells actual Chinese food. It was yummy and worth the ride from Castlegar. Nice ambiance and great food
